What we repair, and how it works
Send us the miner and we will find the fault, repair it and send it back tested. Most of what lands on the bench is a board that stopped hashing or stopped booting.

How it works

01Tell us what happens
Write to support@bitronics.store with the device and what it is doing. A photo of the screen or the log helps a lot.

02We send the instructions
We reply with how to pack it and where to send it. Nothing travels until we have agreed on it.

03Diagnosis and repair
It reaches the workshop, we find the fault and fix it. You get an alert when it arrives and when the repair starts.

04Back to you, tested
We leave it hashing on the bench, pack it and ship it back with tracking to your door.
Inside the European Union there are no customs: the miner travels to us and back as a normal tracked parcel. From outside the EU we can still repair it, but the service is priced higher to cover the customs paperwork on our side, and you pay the import duties in your country when it comes back. Ask us first and we will give you the total before you ship anything.
Every repair is done by the same people who build the miners, on the same bench.

Bitronics grew out of home mining, and we have been making our own boards for three years. Every miner is assembled, flashed, run on the bench and checked here before it goes in the box. If you need something out of the ordinary, just ask.

The Nerdaxe Ultra, Gamma and Gaia, the NerdOctaxe rev3.1 and the NerdMiner are designed here, revision after revision. Hardware and firmware are open on GitHub, and so are the other projects and collaborations we work on with the community.
Open source - Tested one by one
Every unit is flashed and left hashing on the bench before it ships. We do not sample batches, we check units.

A different case, a special configuration, a batch for an event or a colour that is not on the list: tell us what you need.
- And we repair them
If something fails, it comes back to the same bench it was built on. Home miners from other shops are welcome too.
